First look inside Lockerz.com – share, watch, communicate, earn, buy

What is Lockerz?

It’s the new social networking. Yes. Just recently I received an invitation (I almost forgot that I signed up for invitations). The place where you can buy cool stuff at pretty low prices but in the mean time you can also have fun while shopping. You get to watch exclusive video, new music.

It’s the kind of social network based on a reward system. Actually, they have surprised me when I first registered because a rain of squares started falling down into my browser windows – didn’t realise what the Z-dollar symbol actually meant but I imagined there were some kind of points.

Our mission is to be your daily habit, not a site for your parents or grandparents looking for their long-lost friends from Kindergarten.
One other thing you’ll love about Lockerz are PTZ (or “Pointz”). PTZ are Lockerz’ proprietary loyalty “currency” that you earn whenever you buy, watch, play, share, invite friends, or even just show up on Lockerz. Redeem PTZ at the PTZ Place for incredible prizes, great products and dream experiences.

The site seems cool also seems to be in some kinda of a beta stage since they were tweeting just yesterday that the site is (again) up and running. Plus that sections like Video or Buy Stuff are inactive but you can get a change to see what’s coming: you can buy with your points wallpapers, t-shirts, skateboards or even Apple MacBook Air’s.

There’s also this section called “dialies” where you get 2 PTZ’s just for answering to a daily question like “Where do you turn to homework assistance?”, next to a Wikipedia logo.

I’m pretty disapointed I can’t really enjoy the full Lockerz, not to much to look at at the moment. I couldn’t play games and everywhere I looked I got “Comming soon” or “More soon”.  I see online people who state that Lockerz is ligit.

If you would like to experiment Lockerz, just send me an e-mail and I’ll send you an invitation for sure and I’ll try to write an update article regarding Lockerz.
